Visits & Open Days

Undergraduate Open Days

Once potential undergraduates have selected a Communication Systems degree at Lancaster as one of their UCAS choices, they will be invited to come to one of our open days. Parents and guardians are welcome to come along as well.

Open days are held regularly. As well as hearing more about the department and being given a guided tour around the University, open days are a chance to talk to members of staff and current students. To find out more, speak to our Undergraduate Coordinator.

University Visit Days

The University also holds Visit Days in August and September, for potential undergraduates who wish to see the department prior to making their UCAS choices.

If you are unable to fit these dates into your schedule then you may want to attend a campus tour, which tend to take place on the first and third Wednesday of every month. If you wish to come along to a Visit Day or campus tour, then contact the university's Schools and Colleges Liaison Office.

Postgraduate Open Day

The university holds a Postgraduate Open Day each year. The open day gives potential postgraduate students the chance to explore Lancaster university's facilities for postgraduate students as well as meeting staff, visiting departments and finding out about funding.
